Quail Pondering

My "garden" is small, really really tiny small. It is just a slice of land behind my terraced house. (the front garden is larger but Hubby commands it for his water plants and ornamental fish collection..grghhhhh)
Ok.. back my small garden, it is really small. I cant barely fit it more than a couple of salad leaves plant, a couple of corn, a few tomatoes and one climbing bean and two cucumber. It is really small (pitiful broken record..)

and here I am thinking of having a couple of quail, I provide food, they provide me eggs and manure for compost. Dunno which veg to sacrifice if i were to built a house for the quail.

How to plant tomato (the Wrong way)

1)Carefully save the best seed from the juicest, best tomato
2)Carefully sow the seed to the ground, mixed with compost and organic fertilizer
3)Wait and rejoice when the toms shoots appeared
4)Stomp the ground when discover that all the young toms wilted and browned

5)Open the fridge and take a left-over half tomato that almost gone bad
6)Rub, squish and stomp the half-toms into ground while avowing never, never ever grow another tomato
7)Refuse to look at the patch of ground for a few weeks
8)Suprise when finally managed to look at the patch when seeing all new green growth of tomatos seedling. Very green and healthy.

hehhehhe.... i will try and post the pics of tomatoes before and after, tomorrow.

Hi, this would be my first post. Why Moonlight? Coz I am working 9-6 (actually more like 7 am - 8 pm). So I rarely have chance to be in my vegetable garden in sunlight, hence the moonlight title. And my kind of garden is vegetable with occasional flowers. Will try to post more next time . Plus pictures
